UN GAU 23B Mounted Gun

So I'm working on this thing.

So basically, this is the standard gun that would be mounted to vehicles with a turret other than the ROWS platform. This is more along the lines of a helicopter mounted door gun, though you could also mount it to a weapons pod on a variety of UCAV's.

I realized the Little Bird And the Cayuga, not only needed a door gun, but needed something a bit more substantial than just another Gatling gun. I'm not sure about the details yet. This design keeps going back and forth between being a single barreled weapon, possibly being a rail gun, and being a chain gun.

This version shows it sporting the firing grips, but those can be bypassed through a connector plug above the grips that will link it to a dedicated firing computer and sensor system, when it's mounted to a UCAV. It's designed to be capable of being operated completely remotely, particularly when mounted to an articulated arm such as when mounted to each side of the Little Bird...technically you could mount up to four of these on a Little Bird Gunship, one on each side of the door (which I plan on doing at some point....I'm in the process of making a few small changes to the Little Bird) and then one on each weapons pod....though I suppose you could go all out and mount two on each weapons pod instead of the rocket launchers to give you a Little Bird with six of these, should you need such air support.
